Please allow 24-48 hours for the fulfillment of your order, before it goes out for shipping. If you have a rush order, you can selected one of our various shipping options during checkout, once you add your shipping address. We utilize USPS and UPS. Please note, due to the ongoing pandemic, there may be delays by shipping carriers.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer customers our 14-day return and exchange policy. Products must be returned in a resellable condition in the original packaging they were delivered, along with proof of purchase. Contact us to initiate your return/exchange request and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. You will have the option to get a full refund or a store credit for an exchange.
MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WITH INCORRECT PRODUCT. HOW CAN I RETURN IT?Please Contact us within 5-days of receiving your damaged/incorrect order. We will put a high priority on it to resolve this issue for you.
DO YOU PAY SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS?Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time, unless they are for damaged or incorrect orders.
